The 11th is a small but elite Hobgoblin Legion, with a larger than normal herd of Norkers
Culture
The 11th Legion is the greediest legion, and the most likely to sponsor Vagun traders for outside goods. They have a bevy of master smiths that are tasked with perfecting an alloy of nork and iron, and while the legion has yet to be satisfied with the results they have become renowned for their weapons and armor. This obsession with the forge has permeated the culture of the legion, and they view life in the terms of 'tempering' their bodies with training, 'proofing' their steel against enemies, 'quenching' the heat of their rage, etc.
Additionally, while they are regarded as the greediest legion (and the wealthiest), they are also noted for a general lack of ambition. Their conquests and struggles are almost entirely devoted to gaining skilled slaves for their forges and access to promising new materials.
Public Agenda
The 11th Legion is dedicated to perfecting Goblincraft, seeing that as the method to world conquest.
