Structure
The 20th is a mid-sized Hobgoblin Legion, with the addition of a religious cult that permeates and owns it.
The Cult of Conquest is led by a Fukzutar who has four Fukzog priests and each of them have a dozen Snagafuk acolytes, all of which are Hobgoblins. They train a bevy of Bugbears and Goblins tailor-made snippets of their craft.
Culture
The culture of the 20th is a strange blend of piety and hubris, of reverence for nature and a determination to break it and bend it to their will. They are blessed with total, absolute certainty in their purpose and the rightness of their mission.
Public Agenda
The Heretics eschew worship of Makub, instead venerating the Snallygaster. Their worship is twisted by insane pride, however, and they believe that it is their destiny, mission, and right to enslave the gods and bend them to their will. Their current goal is to enslave the animistic spirits of the Badlands, which they have made some progress in, culminating in their Zotan enslaving the Snallygaster to ride into battle against the other gods.
