PDRMNEC Cavalry

The truckers of the PDRMN Espatier Corp, the Cavalry control primary ground vessels that transport Espatiers around. Their primary truck is the PDRMN AATV, which is capable of transporting a wide range of modules in everything from 1 - (-0.01) g, in up to 6 atm to a vacuum, and even acts as a functional spacecraft. There are not many of them, the PDRM doesnt usually do surface ops that need a truck, which is why they are heavily modular, but they are the primary tool of the cavalry. Otherwise they can be seen in PDRMN Atmospheric Frigates, driving small ATVs, larger rovers, or just manning a surface installation that works on these vehicles. There do exist a few specialist fighting vehicles, true tanks, but they are incredibly rare, perhaps a dozen total. Their plans are in the factories of the ships though.

1800 well trained espatiers, who know how to drive and operate their vehicles. Most have a good understanding of engineering too, to keep the things running.

Tend to only wear a PDRMN Jumpsuit, or possibly a PDRMN Armoured Space Suit.

Weaponry

Most crew members carry PDRMN Coil Pistols, and are trained in the use of PDRMN Coil Rifles, but their primary armament is that of their vehicles.

Structure

The entire Cavalry operates typically on the troop level, attached to a battalion of PDRMNEC Light Infantry, or in single patrols connected to a company. A patrol of AATVs, typically 6 vehicles, can transport a company of Light infantry. A pair of AATVs can transport a platoon. The patrol is typically lead by an NCO, while a troop is run by a PDRMN Lieutenant Commander with a PDRMN Lieutenant or three.
