PDRMN Atmospheric Frigate
This is a specially designed frigate with large air intakes, He3/He3 Fusion and a more streamlined design. It can land and take off from a Mars around 40 times, or Earth around 20 before needing a refuel. One of these is always at the PDRM embassy on Earth, and they are used to ferry cargo and VIPs from ground to orbit.
While they can fly in orbit, they are quite inefficient, and so tend to either be carried by larger ships or just stick around in one area.
