PDRMN Coil Rifle

A common weapon equipped by Espatiers and occasionally by other personnel, this is a rifle sized coil gun, with a 60 cm long barrel, able to sling a 5 gram projectile at around 1200 m/s. The power can be highly tweaked, in order to deliver the right mass at the right speed. The rifle has a magazine consisting of 20 projectiles, along with a large, 80 gram battery. This rifle can fire specialized projectiles as well, even small camera systems. The most common secondary projectile is a larger projectile that moves at only around 380 m/s, or a tranquilizer dart that can quickly put someone to sleep, if a little dangerously.
The specific model used by the PDRMN is the Maersk-Hamada M914 MWS Automatic Coil Carbine. It has a number of modular attachments, such as a single coil grenade launcher, an extended barrel, extended magazine, enlarged heat sink, sights, and other options.
Like most PDRMN hardware, it is built with simplicity in mind, other than a palm rfid reader and last coil guidance it is almost entirely just wires, and if the battery in the mag is charged, can fire after an EMP, though it will not correct aim.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

Utilizing a pulsed series of 12 coils, charged via a capacitor bank in the stock, this gun accelerates the projectile at up to 122,000 g for a whole millisecond, and correcting the aim with a minute deflection of the last coil. The gun can be rapidly reloaded, and needs no cleaning or barrel replacement, but in a vacuum it cannot be fired at more than around 1 mag per 2 min before overheating.
When fired, these guns have some recoil, propelling the average user backward at around 6 cm/s, which can be troublesome when in a vacuum.

Raw materials & Components
Constructed out of 12 identical superconducting coils, a large capacitor, a small polonium power source, and a composite body. Each magazine is similarily composite, containing a large "rechargable" high density battery, and all the projectiles. Those projectiles are feromagnetic, with 24 in each mag.
It can be field stripped to the 12 coils, 8 body parts, 2 rails, trigger assembly, circuit board (MILSPEC), 2 capacitors, and the sight assembly. All wires are built into the body components, and the trigger is piezoelectric.
Tools
All composite parts are 3D printed in most cases, though there are some industrial molds used, mostly on dreadnoughts or in bases. The rate of production and replacement just doesnt warrant it in most cases.
The coils are just created in place. They require 0g to grow the wire, as it must be done in place, but otherwise, any supercoduncting wire generator could make it.
Everything else is a reasonably easy part to build, and the total can be assembled by any half competent soldier.
