Humans make up the majority of Halruaal. They are typically the most adaptable and arguably the most ambitious of all the Halruaalan races. Most of the nobility are humans with all of the eight Noble House commanded by humans. Fairer skinned humans tend to exist towards the northern, tanned skinned human are relatively around the middle of the country, and darker skinned human exist towards the south where it is generally hotter.

Human spend the first 16 years of their lives transitioning between infants teenagers. Around 16 the body transitions into adulthood and they reach their prime around 25 years old. Mid age occurs between 25 and 40 and begins declining into senior status around 55. A typical human can survive into their late 80s with proper care and healthy attitude.

The sad fact is that most races have "troubled" relations (putting it at best). Elves in particular typically distrust and fear humans. While a few regions have growing relations among the various races, such as Plain-Dwellers, Heartlanders, and Necobians, the others do not. Ashlanders and Keildeners in particular have increased racial tensions - now more than ever since declaring open rebellion.
