Central District lies in the very corner of Dry Ocean region, Right next to Long River and Ocean

It's the capital of the region and it's considered to also be the capital of Main Å+*4~. It's the richest district in this part of thw world, known to be a home to the most famous of celebrities and the richest businessmen.
