Hurst

Hurst is located on Tedic Island, looking out over Scuttle Bay.

Hurst is a town run by the Scholars Assembly - a place of learning types of Elemental and Fey Magic.
Testing is usually done in the hamlet of Mahon.

Not far from Hurst is the secret "portal" people refer to to as "The Lift" down to the Northern Isle.

The Bone Tower

A tall tower with walls of fused Wyverns bones and skulls. There are a few in town who would like to see the ancient tower destroyed, however it seems to be invulnerable to harm.

Town Library

A single storey stone building, the local library - holding special Scrolls.
Is also home of a female Earth Genasi named Terra. She specializes in the study of elemental and planar magic.

Hilmar's Oils and Elixirs

Potions
The shop is a single storey stone-walled building, with a smooth stone floor. It is brightly lit by magical candles. It stands adjacent to the library.
Also sells a variety of monstrous ichors.
Owner = Hilmar Allpoured - flamboyant male Dwarves - Single parent of three children, Kiff, Rusty and Ollic.

The Glass Dagger

Inn and Drinking Tavern
The tavern is a decorative wooden shack, with several windows that have black shutters. Several battered shields hang on the walls.
Accommodations consist of a single large room with wooden cots.
Innkeeper = Gylas Thomtom - male Half-Elf - a thief rogue, and keeps a pair of sharp daggers at his belt.
