Ivasar Acres

An abandoned elven mansion located atop one of the lone hills in the former Elflands Empire. Owned by the wealthy Ivasar family for thousands of years, the the family's patriarch tried to weather out the Sunken God's Reign of Terror in 897 but was overwhelmed but the monstrous deity's sahuagin horde.
