Hope Hospital

Purpose / Function

The purpose of establishing this hospital was to re-establish the medical care and knowledge that was lost during the Fall. After that, they hoped that they would then be able to find the Cure to Sonohoka Syndrome.

History

The building was originally build in the Time Before and had once been known as Albany Medical Center Hospital. During the Fall, the hospital was abandaoned for an unknown period of time. During the year of 13SE, surviors of the Fall cam to Albany Medical Center Hospital with the goal of re-estabishing the health care system and finding the Cure. This lead to the building being renovated to meet the needs of the new world. It has since been renamed Hope Hospital.

Tourism

This is not a sight for tuorism, but it does attract those from other camps to come for medical care that can not be otherwise received or to purchase medical supplies and books. The main hospital is closed to those who do not live in the camp, but there is the Medical Clinic that is open to anyone who comes to the camp.
