Parking Garage

Camp Hope is surrounded by a wall made from stone that is 10 feet tall. The main way into and out of the settlement is through two parking garages that are outside the settlement. There are two sky walks that go from the parking garages to the hospital, going over the wall. This makes it very difficult to get into and out of the settlement. This also means that cars don't go into or out of the settlement. Hence why there are the parking garages where the outside vehicles are stored while not being used.
