Fabled Race Expectations
Fabled Race Expectations
Overview
While fabled races are explicitly not glorified DMNPCs and players treating them as such is something we highly discourage, they are approved with the expectation of pushing story for those around them. These are races that are narratively impactful, and we wish to see the players of these races using this narrative impact consistently and actively. These examples are not the only things fableds can do to fulfill expectations, but a list of some things that are a safe bet. We always encourage creativity, and context plays a heavy role.
Additionally, there is a soft-cap of playing two fabled characters in a row.
How to Submit
When approved for a fabled race character, your ticket will remain open for the lifespan of the character on the server. If you shelf the character, it will be closed, and then can be reopened when you choose to unshelf. Whenever you perform something from this list, endeavor to screenshot it and submit it within your ticket. If you perform something in roleplay that is not on this list but you feel exemplifies your fabled slot, you are also very encouraged to submit that. There are no hard time requirements (for example, you are not required to post every day or week), though we regularly audit our limited slots for activity, and if we have not noticed anything posted in your ticket in a while then we may gently poke. If you do not have screenshots on hand when asked, a text summary is acceptable, though we will expect screenshots submitted intermittently afterwards. Ritual tickets are also valid.
