The Impesta Confederacy
The main power that holds the Impesta Confederacy together are the 12 stars of the confederacy. Each of the states has its own unique military asset powerfull enough to keep others the others states and countries at bay.
The Circle of the Hunt is seen as a terrorist organisation in the Impesta Confederacy. The Circle in turn has a deep hatred for the Confederacy particularly the United Vigne Territories and wishes to seem them all dead.
