Orwarium

Orwarium 
The first thing one notices when entering Orwarium or its capital of Airone is the lack of walls and the plentifullness of windows. When walking trough the street one can not only see into living rooms but also bedrooms and most any rooms inside a house. Besides that anyone traveling trough Orwarium can be stopped and searched without prejudice for no reason at all. The state as a whole is verry strict with jail and labour punishments for even minor crimes. Due to this the nation is often avoided by travelers. Altough present everywerhere these laws and customs are most prominintly enforced in the capital of Airone. 

Star

The Material Legion is an army of automatons(animated metal and stone) kept safe underneath the capital of Airone. At any given time there are multiple automatons roaming around the city of Airone serving as gaurds, sentries and enforcers. Most of the material legion is still underground slumbering for when needed.

History

Orwarium started out with its capital city of Airone, A large dwarven hold near the edge of the mountains seemingly abandonded long ago. A colony of mostly hobgoblins, goblins, and kobolds took residence in the hold and with the advent of the Tragodian Empire it became a prosperous city due to its extensive mining network. Durring the age of judgment the hold was shut to ward of the demon hordes. This did not ensure the setlements security as incubi, sucibi and other demons of trickery infiltrated the settlement in an attempt to sow discord and open the gates for pillaging. This led to rampant paranoia and all seemed doomed. This was until a hobgoblin miner named Orwar found the Material Legion and returned to the city with it. He quickly rose to a position of power and started ordering walls of buildings to be torn down and replaced with windows. The tricksters could only do there foul work in the shadows so if everything would be visible for all to see they could not get there claws into anyone. Some prominent disenters where quickly round up by the new automatons and exposed to be demons in disguise. After this Orwar gained more power until he became a defacto-dictator of Orwarium. The hold then managed to stafe off any further infilitration attempts by virtualy giving up on privacy. Even after the age of judgment the rulling class refused to abolish these new rules proclaming it had let to them being the safest city in the whole of Troïka
