Greenglen

Greenglen is an elven nation that's part of the The Impesta Confederacy. It consists of lush forests surrounded by mountain ranges They have a very conflicting reputation being quite friendly overall but having a very strict policy against humans. Humans are not allowed into the country for any reasons whatsoever, even human diplomats are not allowed inside of its borders. Half humans (half-elfs, aasimar, tiefling, etc) are only allowed entry with a Greenglen citizen vouching for them and promising to take responsibility for the actions. Followed by a review proces to determine if there allowed inside the country including a hearing where the person wanting to enter the country is questioned extensively. There capital is Yggdrasil. A city that was raised to the sky by the growing of gigantic tree bellow it.

History

Greenglen used to be used be a collection of elven tribes assimilated into the Tragodian Empire. Whilst the empire felt there handling of the situation was quite fair there wood of the glen was harvested on an industrial scale which greatly offended the tribes. These tribes saw the human empire as human invaders pillaging there land. During the Age of Judgment these tribes came together and used there magics to sprout a giant tree dubbed Yggdrasil from the top of which they could be safe from human invaders.
