Whilst named the Mashida Clan it is in fact one of the states of the The Impesta Confederacy. Its ruled by the God-Like Oni Mashida
Ancestries
A wide varety of ancestries are a part of the Mashida Clan including some tieflings that trace there heratige back to the Great Oni leader. The most common race however is the Catfolk, this race originaly occupied the Mashida territories and a large clan quickly recognised the Oni's power and sweared feality to him. They got a aloung quite well since both shared the trill of the hunt and the catfolk don't care much about Mashida's canabalistic and hedonistic tendencies.
Star
The star of the Mashida Clan is Mashida himself. Mashida Is a force to reckoned with and no normal soldier could even hope to pierce his hide. If war is to break out he is all but guaranteed to show up and be the focus of every battle he joins.Structure
The Mashida clan mostly revolves around the capital of Mashida City. Mashida himselfs resides there and directs underlings in a loose form of organisation. If your strong Mashida might take a liking to you and elect you into a position of power. This does mean that there is an abundance of 'muscle brains' in the government. Every position is either not important enough or appointed by Mashida himself. To him it doesn't matter what you do with that power as long as you give him his tribute and its not atrocious enough to piss of the neighbors.
Culture
Despite its evil ruler Mashida City is still a popular tourist destinations just due to all it has to offer. The only concern of Mashida is hedonism and enjoying himself so the entire city is filled to the brim with bars, brothels, restaurants, and all manners of top class entertainment. The rest of the state is just small villages run by demagogues. All of them tend to have there own rules and laws enforced by the leader and a couple of hanger ons. Although the punishments for crimes tend to be more severe with the worst criminals being executed and fed to Mashida.
Also anybody from the Mashida Clan that dies in there territory is fed to Mashida after there death.
