Haggra
Once a great Free City, Haggra was decimated early in the war when they chose the wrong side in the conflict.
For 50 years it lay in ruins, but now it has found new life. The remaining Warforged feel drawn there and have formed a new citry state called The Free Nation of the Created.
Demographics
Almost all the inhabitants of the city are now Warforged who survived the end of the Last War, where most of their number stopped functioning as the wave hit, many were left still conscious but no longer bound by their programmed loyalty.
Government
A mysterious revolutionary figure has been whispered to lead the Free Created known only as The Chainbreaker.
