Ruins of Ullswaver

The ancient ruins of a human city from the Age of Heroes.
Legend has is that the city was destroyed by the Great Evil and was the event that drove the great wizard Fandantulus to create the Light Shield Council.
Even before the Last War, the ruins were almost completely inaccessible, the swamp around is thick and muddy and prone to blinding fogs and there are rumours of strange beings that attack any who come close.
