Many Are The Waters
One of the Schola societies, they also have a sister group at Alethorpe. They are a moderate majority women. A number come from Seal House but they also gather up people interested in healing.
"Many are the waters" is their phrase, not their actual name, which is entirely secret. Most of them carry some token that includes an aquamarine, a pearl, and a stone representing their focus. (In Sailor's Jewel, Rhoe has a watch fob that includes these two and a garnet of Healer's red.)
They also maintain good relationships with Merope's Speakers and various of the ocean-dwelling magical races.
