Kadría is the provincial capital of Kaþún in southwestern Sikíron Empire in central Adynía. It's located on the west bank of the river Þerles, by to the border with the Góalanic Federation to the east.
The city prospers from its trade with magic crystals, obtained from the inhospitable Goldensands to the southeast, and is also a significant producer of magic staves and other enchanted items. It's also home to the Þarlató Academy, one of the most important center of arcane learning in the Sikíron Empire.

Demographics
The majority of the inhabitants are Sikíronians and Kadríans (descendants of Góalanics), along with smaller communities of various Nemirkíans, Góalanic Orcs hailing from the east, Paheiríen-Elves, Dúnaraz-dwarves and Marissíans from the south.
Defences
Due to its proximity to the Góalanic Federation, Kadría is well defended via walls, towers and a fort, where two legions are stationed at all times.
