Góalanic Federation
The Góalanic Federation covers the region Góalanis and much of the Arakrí Plain, from the Pargos Mountains to the south to the coast of Central Sea to the north and Silver Sea to the east.
Structure
The Góalanic Federation is made up of territories ruled by nine orcish tribes (og) that trace their ancestry to Úrún across Central Sea, each headed by a tribal chief or (rúk), effectively a duke. The rúks in turn are ruled by a king or perúk, elected for life by the dukes, but his power is often overshadowed by the latter as members of each tribe are more likely to listen to their own duke rather than a king from a rival one.
Most of the aristocracy is of orcish descent, along with a few native góalanic families who have proven loyal to the tribes, while the vast majority of góalanics within the country are little more than peasants, and slaves.
