Necluda (neh-cloo-duh)

"From the bustling ports of the south to the rolling wine country to the north, Necluda has always been one of the world's most beautiful regions. If you can look past social inequities and the massive crater in the center of the province, that is."   -Karyon Beeching

Geography

The body of Necluda Province consists primarily of a massive hilly grassland, dotted with self-sustaining villages and hamlets. The province is cut into two by the Marrekoth River, bordered by the same river to the north and the Dreadnaught Swamp to the west. Necluda's southeastern border is entirely idyllic coastline, where the province meets the Uthilith Great Sea.

Climate

Central Necluda is of a warm-summer Mediterranean climate, meaning warm summers that rarely go above 72°F and wet, cool winters that tend to go just below freezing. It's one of the best areas in all Uthilith for growing wine grapes, which is why the Vineyard Coalition of Eastern Tempora formed in the early 1600s.   Coastal Necluda is quite a bit more humid, though the temperatures never spike too much.
