Arabas V

A planet located in the Arabas System, which is owned by the Sulethis Republic.
Arabas V is cold and uninhabitable but it has a massive mining rig on it which mines out the core.
Other than the mining rig, this planet is almost entirely useless. Its crust and mantle are poor in metal ore. The construction of the core mining rig did influence the orbit of the planet though, as now one side became more heavy than the other. The entire planetary population lives in habitats on or around the mining facility. This is to make the logistics of this facility easier to manage instead of having to teleport the workers between planets constantly.
The core mining rig has a number of valuable materials. Though it is frozen and inactive, iron and nickel have been found within it in solid, cold form. Uranium and various radioactive metals have also been found at a much lower concentration, as have iridium and gold.
