House Volksmann

House Volksmann is a wealthy and powerful family, originally from Minos Gamma, but now mostly living in Aeolus City, though several members also own property on Pelops.

There are about three branches of this family, two of which wants nothing to do with the third, the branch that descended from a banker on Minos Gamma, a man who was disowned by his parents because of his career choice, when the economic collapse happened.

The head of the banking branch of the family is the leader of the Minoan Bankers Union whereas the head of the entire house, Jozef Volksmann, is believed to be the leader of the Minoan Gentlemen’s Society. Jozef won’t comment on the subject, just waves his hands about in strange ways, and within days the journalists asking for comments have unfortunate encounters with Viktor Laszlo and are later found all over the city, a hand here, a leg there, and so on.
