Highcourt

The heart of New Caliber, Highcourt is a business district is filled with towering office buildings. Traffic both foot and carriage is fiercely congested in the day, and even the streetcars seem to have to fight to get through. Businessmen from every race and every corner of the world can be found here, and the amount of money traded on a daily basis would make an old world king faint. According to the Merchant Lords , the New Caliber Business District is the economic center of the March.
The district is mostly broad main streets, more cramped side streets for pedestrians, and tall buildings. Highcourt also has has more rail stops for its size than any other district, six total, plus the grand terminus at Ministry Station. The buildings are mostly stores and restaurants at the lower levels, and offices up above, with new styles of business seeming to appear every day. The area took some damage in the Helgest invasion, but the damage opened the way for the newest addition to the city... skyscrapers. Three of the giant buildings are under construction, and while none are yet finished, the structures are already taller than the statue of Vorbild.
