The Eorls Between-The-Waters
The KAETHAR family has held the seat of the Eorl Between-The-Waters since its inception in -87 ET. Prior to that, the KAETHAR clan were bannerlords of the Eorl of Swans and living in Keep Cinderbane. They were the most northern outpost of Rhone and this frontier spirit remains with the family. It is said that they cannot breathe in a town of more than a thousand people and constantly need the cold northern wind on their face to feel truly at home.
