Rollkeeper
Overview
Technically a Rollkeeper is any member of a Record managing assoication or guild in the Kingdoms. It includes all forms of sages, researchers, many bardic organisations and even some rogue based organisations as well. However, it is most well associated with Government linked organisations which maintain official records of the Kingdoms for the purposes of managing finances, land, army numbers, population densities (census) and statistics in the Kingdoms.Qualifications
Must have been accepted into one of the stated guilds or organisations.
Requirements
Must have Intelligence of 15 or more
Appointment
The individual is sworn in and trained in writing in at least two scripts. Numeracy is also required in at least one system.
Duties
The Keeping of records upon Ad Infinitum Rolls to maintain the records of the Kingdoms. This includes accounts and tallying of results in battles, significant events and local affairs.
Responsibilities
The records must be maintained as accurately as possible, and certified at different points in the creation and testifying upon the same.
Accoutrements & Equipment
All Rollkeepers are provided with some form of writing equipment, and scroll making gear.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
The finding of inaccuracies - said to number 1D6+2 or more will result in a review and possible removal of an individual for a time. It is said that a loss of Intelligence below 15 will also result in removal from this roll.
