Zennon Sea
Wider and deeper that the Great North Sea's other intrusions into Tarien, only the northeast corner of the Zennon Sea freezes in the winter. The vast expanse of water between the Troll's Finger and the Nerrid Peninsula is largely untroubled by ships. The journey around to the north and then back south past Prydith is too long for regular trade and neither the Zennonaize nor the Nerrid who live on its shores put my stock in sailing. Perhaps that is for the best because in addition to the great pods of whales that arrive every summer, tales of great kraken that live in its depths are popular in the seaside taverns of Zennon.
