Bā Yú

Bā Yú (八鱼) is Chinese for 'Eight Fish.' This is primarily a gaming parlor but also includes a restaurant and bar. 
The building is designed with an open center, nicknamed  the 'fish bowl,' where popular and low stakes games can be seen from the surrounding area and the upper floor. High stakes and private games are generally held around the parameter of the first floor or in private rooms off the first or second floor. The bar is on the first floor, but the kitchen and tables where patrons can eat or sit to watch are on the second floor.
This establishment sometimes serves as neutral meeting ground for Shiryuu and the Russian Mafia.
