City of Leccer
The city of Leccer is one of the smallest lands within the area, though it is one of the largest cities besides the citadel. Within the city of Leccer there are marvelous things to be seen, and many merchants make their way there to view the interesting wares available at the curio shops, eager to sell them in other areas. That being said, most common folk within Leccer will give outsiders a side-eye should they wander into the wrong parts of town or become too nosy.
Government
This is a feudal Barony, and as such is owned by the lordship Baron Durgentar. The church acts as an intermediary between the city and the capital, as well as a religious hub for the nobility in the area. While the Baron is allowed to operate independently of the monarch they are expected to follow any and all orders they receive.
Defences
The town itself is surrounded by large stone walls with high towers dotting most corners. There are two gates that can be used to enter the city, one is in the noble quarters and the other in the commons. The only entrance used for common folk is the commons entrance. There is also a division between the commons and the noble quarters that has a palisade between it.
Infrastructure
This area lacks a large sewer area, and chamber pots are still common use within the city. Within the commons there is a smell of chamber pots in the streets, though many of the locals have become used to this. The buildings are relatively simple wood plank style housing with Lime and mortar style roofing. The common areas are generally lit by torchlight, with wide roads and dark alleys.
The nobles quarters is lit with gas lanterns as well as incense that help to keep the place pristine. The nobles quarters shares it's area with the church and many of the statues and walking paths can be dotted with religious iconography to several ancestral gods.
Assets
Leccer is a relatively self-sufficient barony, with the ability to export several products. The primary products of export are finished goods such as arms and armor to the capital, as well as fish, produce, and occasional magical items that are requested by nobles in other areas.
