Quays, the

For those who can't quite afford to live in Albany Heights], or want an ocean front property, The Quays is an ideal lolcation. It runs from Templers Causeway, bordering on to Bayside. It is a reasonable area that has become popular because of its beautiful and large beachfront properties. As you move further inland it morphs into a more traditional suburb of single houses in their own plots of land. The area's prices become more reasonalble the further inland you go, with the proertoies bordering on Bayside being the cheapest. The properties borddering The Circle are also in high demand. For most this is the best they can hope to acheive, but even some beachfront estates are on a similar price scale to Albany Heights .

Geography

Inland, this is a traditional suburb of any UP City, with grid-like streets and single jhomes in their own plots of land. As you approach the sea, however, the houses become more like mini estates, similar to those found in Albany Heights. The waterfront is a mix of waterfront properties, bed and breakfasts and hotels for tourists and holidaymakers
