The Tea House & Stronghold

An establishment in Little Tokyo that caters to the Powered community.
The ground floor is the Tea House, which is a large establishment, catering to the daily food and drink trade of the Powered Community. There are two areas of note in the Tea House:

• Marvel's Mayhem (A child's play area)
• Phantasy Suite (A function / meeting room)

The upper floors are the Stronghold. This is a venue for Powered People to meet and drink the night away.
The Tea Room is run by Clara Duncan.
Stronghold is run by The Courtesan. It is neutral ground in all disputes and violence isn't tolerated.
