Little Tokyo

Little Tokyo is the U.P. homage to the city that is the district's namesake. It is full of neon lights, coffin hotels, small apartments and crime statistics that are unusually low, yet, those who live and/or work in the district know that there is a shadow over it; a shadow no-one talks about in case it decides to notice them.
The district is also called Meiyo no ji (Land of Honour) by the Japanese residents.
