Courtesan, The

The Courtesan runs The Stronghold with an iron fist in a velvet glove.  She is Powered, though her powers aren't publicly known.  She runs The Stronghold as though it is neutral ground and all disputes are left at the door, or the perpetrators exit through said door (if they are lucky).
