Agrat-Bat-Malat (a.k.a. Fake Yvette)

At some point between Mapday, Thiefmoon, 1312 and Goldday, Tinkermoon, 1313 Yvette the courtesan was murdered and replaced with a Pairaka, a kind of Div who embodies lust, corruption, seduction and destruction.

Physical Description

Facial Features

Magical Makeup: Fake-Yvette has clearly been using the same makeup used by the real Yvette, which has the following magical properties. When applied, the wearer experiences a boost in their attack speed, with an additional attack added to their full attack action, and the subject's movement speed is increased by 30 feet, up to a maximum of twice their normal speed. Additionally, the makeup enhances the wearer's armor class by +1, and provides a +2 bonus to ability checks, skill checks, damage rolls, will saves, and fortitude saves. The wearer's attack rolls and reflex saves are increased by +3, further enhancing their combat capabilities.

Apparel & Accessories

Waistchain: A fine metal keychain, in imitation of the one on the original Yvette's waist is worn by the imposter Yvette. She also carries the golden key with a red velvet heart embosed into the bow that was attached to the original chain. The key operates the giant Statue of Yvette in entrance hall: activating or deactivating the statue's security defence system with a Stone to Flesh (or Flesh-to-Stone) effect.

Personal history

Some point between Mapday, Thiefmoon, 1312 and Goldday, Tinkermoon, 1313
A mysterious disease began affecting the Nobility at Court. The disease couldn't be cured by normal magical methods, leaving many bedridden.
Goldday, Tinkermoon, 1313
A Whisper Vote was called on Vizier Kronk Greenskin, and Vizier Absalom and Viziera Damasque Laureat. Although the charge was forbidden magic practices, the Shakes disease that had been sweeping the Noble Court for the past few days was getting people anxious and eager to clamp down on all forbidden practices.
After the Whisper Vote, Fake-Yvette arranged for red-scaled Leesha to be tranferred to now-banished Damasque Laureat as a bodyguard.
Copperday, Tinkermoon, 1313
Fake-Yvette attended the Dargent-Laureat party, where she was seen talking to Katiba Scarlett Dargent. Katib Menelaus Ironside mentioned to Katib Hugo Dargent that his mother, Viziera Katharine Ironside, had made a friend, who it later transpired was Fake-Yvette.
Takesday, Tinkermoon, 1313
His suspicions already raised about Yvette, and eager to advance with Whitecape's instruction to befriend one of Yvette's Handmaidens, Katib Hugo Dargent visited Yvette's Mansion with Lindie Asklepa and Connie Furr. While Hugo kept the courtesan distracted, Lindie actually made friends with a bunch of the handmaidens and Connie snooped around and accidentally found the real Yvette with her throat torn out.
Shenanigans went down, with a fight with Fake-Yvette and her charmed handmaidens. It being so close to Eclipseday, Connie was eventually hit one too many times and changed into the Wolf, where she was (temporarily) killed.
Wiggin Bakerstreet and the Lord Captain Commander both arrived to investigate. Fake-Yvette managed to convince the Honourable Company to leave, while Hugo refused to go with Wiggin because Fake-Yvette still had Lindie.
Fake-Yvette left Connie's body on the lawn to be collected by the Patchwork Empire.
Eclipseday between Tinkermoon and Tailormoon, 1313
Fake-Yvette, believing Hugo had been charmed by her magic, spent the day entertaining him and Lindie. Hugo, who now knew she was some kind of Div, played along, but contracted the Shakes, and some embarassing memories, in the process.
Needleday, Tailormoon, 1313
Now that they knew that Yvette had been replaced, the Dargents entered damage control mode. The Dargents' had shared sensitive information about their "Plan", including their secret Kitsune identities with real Yvette, who was actually Guinevera Dargent's niece. They couldn't be sure they hadn't inadvertently let slip to the imposter.

Taboos

As a Pairaka, Fake-Yvette couldn't stand the colour red, which made her averse to entering the noble court. She even fired one of her Handmaidens, Leesha, because she had red scales.
"There's no way they'll be able to think of a non-sexy explanation for that one."

"So, being gay in the noble court, how's THAT working for you?"
"I have bathing wear you can borrow if you're shy, and I'll even wear some myself if you ask sweetly."
"You seem stressed, would you like a massage?"
"Getting that reaction from someone of your persuasion has always been a personal goal of mine."
"Defunding the arts is a terrible shame, although it may mean more business for me if nobody else knows poetry."
"The dear captain is tragically fully confined to his bed right now, and not even in the fun way."
"How do you feel about wasps?"
"Yes, well. Every so often the makeup does slip."
