The original Yvette was a Kitsune and the niece of Viziera Guinevera Dargent. She was murdered by the Div Carmichael and replaced at Court by his associate: a Div of Pain and Pleasure.

Waistchain: A fine metal keychain on Yvette's waist contains a golden key with a red velvet heart embosed into the bow. The key operates the giant Statue of Yvette in entrance hall: activating or deactivating the statue's security defence system with a Stone-to-Flesh (or Flesh-to-Stone) effect.

Yvette attended the Noble Court on the arm of the Lord Captain Emissary. She wore full-face gold makeup and was ostentatiously delighted to be there, even although some of the nobles considered her display to be a bit extravagent. Pleased to have someone to talk to who wasn't a noble, Katib Hugo Dargent charmed both Yvette and the Lord Captain Emissary at court. Yvette bestowed upon him a Monogrammed Handkerchief with her initial "Y", that would allow him entry into her mansion.Personality Characteristics

As the niece of the Guinevera Dargent, Yvette was being utilised in the Dargent Vizier and Viziera's clandestine agenda: The Plan. The exact nature of her role in this scheme remains unknown, though she may have been involved with the Lord Captain Emissary in some capacity. Following her untimely death, it is likely that the Dargents have already altered their plans to account for her absence.
The discovery that Yvette's identity had been assumed by an imposter came about by accident, when Katib Hugo Dargent uncovered the deception. In response, the Vizier and Viziera Dargent moved quickly to implement damage control measures, implying that the real Yvette had access to sensitive information that could potentially be detrimental to the Dargents if revealed to outsiders.
The nature of this information is unclear, but it could have involved the Kitsune Dargents' illegal maskerade as humans. However, there may be other secrets yet to be uncovered. In any case, it is evident that the Dargents considered Yvette's knowledge to be highly sensitive and took steps to protect it.
