Whitecape
Whitecape is a Vanara revolutionary who is sending Hugo Dargent, Lindie and Connie Furr tasks to complete in the form of coded Star Charts. He wants to bring down the noble courts, but at least when they first met on Eclipseday between Beggarmoon and Thiefmoon, he seemed to have no plan for what what the future of Palimpsest would look like after the revolution ended.

Personal history
Whitecape was a monk for the Monastic Order of the Garden before the Honourable Company deceived the Order into incorporated the highly addictive and Ki suppressing substance, Dream Tea, into their religious ceremonies. Now a former-monk with no access to his Ki, Whitecape is now dependent on Dream Tea, and possibly actually homeless following the collapse of the Monastery.
