Diplomatic Meeting: Hugo Dargent and his companions meet Whitecape

Whitecape enlists the help of Hugo Dargent, Lindie Asklepa and Connie Furr to aid him in overturning Palimpsest's oppressive hierachy.
During their first meeting, Whitecape set Hugo Dargent, Connie Furr and Lindie their first Star Chart: "The Lord Captain Emissary visited the Stargazer Private Library on Scrapday Tailormoon 1312. Find out which texts he read and release a golden songbird." He also offered them Dream Tea. Despite being aware that the tea contained some form of drug, Hugo chose to drink all three servings, feeling obliged to follow court etiquette. Although the decision spared Connie and Lindie from the danger of consuming the spiked beverage, it led to Hugo experiencing severely vivid visions. Under the effects of the tea, Hugo received a premonition of the city's downfall, where the desert ground cracked open and the city rapidly collapsed downward at a faster rate than its current descent. He also saw three part-animal humanoid figures, the Three Immortals, within a walled garden.
