Responsibilities

The Director of Communications is in charge of ensuring that messages from Peacekeeper Command are clearly transmitted across the Peacekeeper Alliance and monitoring all internal communications. These responsibilities include:

Defining Priorities

Setting and approving watchwords to prioritise in all communication monitoring.

Flagging Dissidents

Reading and reviewing reports of troubling communications and ensuring their swift reporting to the Director of Order.

Setting Themes

In collaboration with Director of Culture to set the themes for cultural events happening throughout the Peacekeeper Territories.

Implementing Communication Trends

Working with the P'Ache Prime Media Outlets to enact communication trends.

To Share

People working within the Communication branch of Peacekeeper Integrity serve two purposes.
The first is to monitor communications within the Peacekeeper Territories and ensure that there is nothing occurring that other branches need to be aware of.
The second is ensure that the messages which are passed down from Peacekeeper Command are effectively communicated across the peoples within the Territories.

Qualifications

In order to step into the position of Director of Communications, there are several routes a person could take. These include:

Orthodox Route

• Min 6 years at Peacekeeper Academy, including 90% or higher in all Foundations Courses
• Min 10 years working within Peacekeeper Integrity under Communications

Unorthodox Route 1

• Min 6 years at Peacekeeper Academy, including 90% or higher in all Foundations Courses
• Time spent in a Leadership role within P'Ache Prime Media Outlets
• Staying within P'Ache Star System: Min 10 years
• Travelling beyond the P'Ache Star System: Min 5 years
• Min 5 years working within Peacekeeper Integrity reporting directly to the Director of Communications

Unorthodox Route 2

• Min 6 years at Peacekeeper Academy, including 90% or higher in all Foundations Courses
• Time spent in a Leadership role within P'Ache Prime Media Outlets
• Staying within P'Ache Star System: Min 10 years
• Travelling beyond the P'Ache Star System: Min 5 years
• Min 10 years working within Peacekeeper Integrity reporting directly to the Director of Culture or the Director of Societal Norms
