Responsibilities

The Director of Analysis is in charge of ensuring the accurate analysis of the data and information collected across the Peacekeeper Territories. These responsibilities include:

Defining Problems

Working with the team members to define areas of focus for problem identification and further analysis.

Ensuring Analysis Accuracy

Reviewing and overseeing the refinement of data and information used to inform both problem identification and further decision-making across the Peacekeeper Alliance.

Assessing Processes

Reviewing high-level regularly-captured performance indicators to identify areas within the Peacekeeper Alliance where the processes have space for improvement and delegating their analysis to other members of their team.

The Analysis branch of Peacekeeper Efficiency is tasked with collecting, managing and analysing data collected across the Peacekeeper Territories. This includes ensuring that data is monitored and analysed to highlight potential issues for everyone who lives within the Territories and that there are clear paths identified towards resolution.
It is about using the information collected across the Territories for the betterment of the Alliance and all who live in it.

Qualifications

In order to step into the position of Director of Analysis, there are several routes a person could take. These include:

Orthodox Route

• Min 6 years at Peacekeeper Academy, including 90% or higher in all Foundations Courses
• Min 10 years working within Peacekeeper Efficiency under Analysis

Unorthodox Route

• Min 6 years at Peacekeeper Academy, including 90% or higher in all Foundations Courses
• Time spent in a Leadership role within P'Ache Prime Media Outlets
• Staying within P'Ache Star System: Min 10 years
• Travelling beyond the P'Ache Star System: Min 5 years
• Min 5 years working within Peacekeeper Efficiency reporting directly for Director of Analysis
