Scav
Scavs are the peoples who inhabit the ruins of Desemshia, but are not Armor Blessed nor are they members of a Ravager Clan. The exact nature of their lives vary greatly. Some Scavs tend a personal garden hidden among the ruins, while others subsist of foraging or trade.

Scavs embrace the temporary nature of life. They live among the ruined remains of the ancestors' hubris. Instead of striving to regain lost glory they focus on simply living.

Most of their handiwork is built quickly from what they can scavenge and forage. Due to Utopian patrols and Ravagers, Scavs live with a constant awareness of the need to flee at any moment. Thus they value useful skills and utilitarian necessities. More decadent desires such as vast material wealth or excessive luxury are derided.
Average technological level
Scavs primarily subsist off scavenge equipment and clothing but are capable of creating small primitive works of their own. Their forges are small temporary setups due to necessity. Due to this most of their metal work consists of easily worked metals like gold or copper. They weave natural fibers that they forage into crude cloths.

Scavs dress in whatever they can scavenge supplemented with crude woven cloth and leather.
Art & Architecture
Scavs live in the ruins around them. When they haven't found a decent ruin that is safe to inhabit they tend to live in handmade tents. They prefer to find a building that is in usable condition and set up inside.

Being Armor Blessed is considered a grave curse. If a individual is discover to be Armor Blessed they are shunned by their fellow Scavs. It is known to the Scavs that the Armor Blessed individuals attracts danger and are to be avoided. Though they grudgingly revere Pariahs. They see the Pariahs as powerful and dangerous heroic warriors, and are well aware of the dangerous power imbalance between themselves and all Armor Blessed.

In Scav culture utility rises above all other virtues. A pretty lad or maid won't get far without useful skill that show they can provide for a potential partner. This is often shown through gift giving be it small trinkets, handmade cloth, or culinary delights.
