Physical Description
General Physical Condition
During a fatal expedition, Balthazar was brought face-to-face with a mighty Green Knight who challenged him to Three Games of Wit, Strength, and Valor. He failed the last test and, as punishment, was relieved of his right arm. It was later replaced with a golden robotic one which allowed him to once again channel Majik through it. He takes it off to sleep.

Balthazar Skyburner II Summoning his Familiar, Fairy Queen Titania
"I invoke thee, Fairy Queen Titania! Hear my voice & obey my command!"
Titania, the Fairy Queen, is a powerful Familiar who stands well over 1500 cm with 6 arms and two faces, sporting great fairy wings from her back. She rules over the Enchanted Forest and commands an army of Faries. Titania gives Balthazar access to a few abilities;
- Enchanting Fairy Art Form One: Form One grants Balthazar a Boon from Titania which can prolong the amount of Majikal Energy.
- Enchanting Fairy Art Form Two: Form Two allows Balthazar to summon a number of smaller Faries, the Daughters of Titania, who are very small, no bigger than a Human's hand. However, these Faries can use their own Majik to restore Balthazar's Stamina, Majikal Energy, and heal small wounds. At its pinnacle, Balthazar can summon up to 3 Faries to support him.
Mage State
On the planet Kondou, Balthazar was taught how to enter the Mage State by Nomad Gu Guiying. When entering Mage State, Balthazar glows purple, the color of his soul, and dawns a magical golden cloak with the crest of House Skyburner on his chest. In addition to the basic powers granted by this State (massive boost to Magical Energy & Power as well as increased stamina far beyond what he could normally achieve on his own), Balthazar receives the ability to fly with the aid of fairy-like wings. In this state, Balthazar wields the Qīng Yún Bù 輕雲步 (Light Cloud Step), a useful Soul Caliber gifted to him by Nomad Gu Guiying. It is a sanjiegun, a three-sectioned staff linked by strong iron chains with a Dragon aesthetic. When using it, Balthazar can greatly increase his own speed and mobility as well as his reaction time. While in this State Balthazar can maintain it for roughly 45 minutes.Specialized Equipment

Balthazar wields Supreme Grade Sword: God Shattering Star, a weapon made from Rainbow Diamond, forged in the Esoteric Flame which can slay any being, be they God, Demon, or Man.

Billy The Hero
Balthazar O. Skyburn'r Ⅱ is the son of Clarissa Skyburn'r and Marcellus Okarot, born on Planet Mars in the Minor Taffar System. He was named after his grandfather, Balthazar B.E. Tullies, Clarissa's father.
Balthazar was born with a rare biological defect that made him extremely frail and weak, doctors warned Clarissa not to get attached to it as it would die in a few weeks but she refused to abandon her son. And, through some cosmic miracle, the boy lived.
Clarissa was a sexually liberated woman who had fled the hate of her own mother and lived and worked at a brothel on the planet Mars. Balthazar's father, Marcellus, was a smuggler and bandit who was a regular at the brothel up until Balthazar was born.
As a boy Balthazar was sheltered by his mother and the various entertainers of the brothel, raising the boy as a village would a wayward child. He had a deep connection with his mother and his extended family. His mother would often speak of faraway worlds and he promised her one day he'd take them there, and he'd be strong enough that nobody could tell them what to do.
When Balthazar was 13 years old, the Desolation took hold of Mars, slowly killing the planet and turning corpses into unkillable monsters. It was the desolation that took Clarissa's life and left Balthazar all alone. The boy would be taken by The Starguard and molded into one of the greatest legends to ever live.

Balthazar will always value the lives of his teammates over everything, even his own life. He loves them as his own family and refuses to lose anyone else, not while he has the power and ability to save them. This leads him and his team into some dangerous waters sometimes, but it is well worth it, the price of their lives is never too high to pay, not for him at least.
Vices & Personality flaws
Balthazar Skyburner, the frail and broken scum, the son of a harlot who challenged anyone who spoke ill of his mother. There were times when he would pick fights with wealthy Martians who had dozens of armed guards, yet he never backed down or surrendered. In this aspect alone, Clarissa compared him to his father, he was too quick to anger and slow to learn. Balthazar needs to be humbled, made aware of his own strength, or their lack of, and act accordingly. Despite this, he refused to back down or walk away, becoming almost insanely determined to make the parties in question eat their words.

In his free time, Balthazar likes to make Memory Dials, discs that hold holographic information, usually reserved for blueprints and sensitive data but he uses them to record moments in time with his friends and family. He has a small collection in his quarters, his most treasured one is the first one, given to him by Lady Gallows who received it from his mother. It held the first few moments of his life shortly after birth a few messages from Clarissa to Balthazar. He values it over everything in the entire universe.

Relationship Reasoning
Laëtitia and Balthazar share a common weakness, or strength, depending on how you look at it; they care deeply for their friends and allies. There are no limits or lines they won't cross to save the ones they love, both are extremely selfless and courageous without hesitation. Because that is what it means to be an Iron Knight, to be the strength of others. Balthazar does carry too much on his shoulders from time to time and Laëtitia is always there to remind him he isn't walking this path alone.

Balthazar is terrible with Alien Tounges, but he has an innate intuition that allows him to kind of guess what Aliens are trying to say to him. Although it is more of a feeling and not a translator so he can't be too precise, but he can know if someone wishes ill-will on him.
