Greenglade Tower

Outside

This five story triangular tower boasts two small buildings at its front that serves as a reception and a concierge. Renting a room is done in advance in factors of a month, and upon gaining access to your room you and any residents are granted a small rune on one of your hands.

Concierge

The concierge is a small office, and offers room service as well as services such as flagging down street coaches, fetching certain (legal) things in the city, amongst other things.

Reception

The reception leads directly to a small semi-circle impression inside the tower on one side, and a doorway on the other leading to common areas.

First Floor

The first floor contains common areas such as a kitchen, living room, small library, reading room, etc... There is a chef on standby during regular hours (7 in the morning to 11 at night).

Other Floors

Upon stepping in the impression that section of floor magically rises up to your correct floor, upon which time your door appears and opens.

General Layout

In terms of the tower, the first two floors are each split up in two, forming two units. The third floor is a single unit, and the top two floors are another unit. Each floor above the first has a balcony enchanted to make whoever on it invisible to the street below. For security reasons, anything fired or cast from a balcony will visibly and temporarily disable the enchantment.

Rooms

The rooms are all lavish, and are often rented by diplomats and rich travelling merchants. A first floor room costs 120gp for 30 days, a second floor 150gp (due to the balcony), the third floor is 240gp, and the penthouse is 450gp.
