Council Of Raux

The council rule not only Raux but essentially most of the continent, it is made up of six individuals elected every four years by public vote. Some areas may have their own laws and traditions but overall laws are made and upheld by the council and the Black Guard. It is not uncommon for members to travel across Ethea on diplomatic missions sometimes going even further afield but most of the time they can be found in Raux although they don't usually deal with the public directly.
