THAT dandy? Nah, I wouldn't think so love, you'd find more of a man in a Kae newborn I'd wager.Marcutio Ordinaire is something of an interesting individual. A former Diamond Holder with The Jewelled, he was gifted the Jewelled role when Zirchonia was first established by Peridot and proved himself to be a skilled diplomat, trusted politician and lawful soldier. He has since ran Zirchonia for the last 50 years and the cracks have long since been showing. With no one to answer to, Marcutio has had no reasons to keep up standards and appearances and so, as a result, he has left Zirchonia very much to it's own devices and proved to be a rather weak, though not altogether malevolent, leader. Marcutio is a Dwarven male with an ex-wife and two sons, all of whom live in Milyth in Peridot and seek to space themselves from him amidst claims of abuse and drunkenness. There has recently been pressure for the elderly Marcutio to choose someone else to become the Jewel of Zirchonia but he has not yet taken any actions to signify him finding an 'heir'.

Personal history
Marcutio was a formerly committed Diamond Holder with the Jewelled Forces, he was given the role of Jewel of Zirchonia to run it according to the The Hands of the Jewelled in Peridot.
He ran the space effectively at first by building a good relationship with Emperor Honour and taking on the tieflings advice at first which led to the town being built up quickly and efficiently.
However, with time Marcutio has become privy to accepting bribes and being untrusting of those around him. This has led to him falling out with Honour and removing The Venator from Zirchonia... conversely this has allowed dreams and nightmares to run riot in the space.
