Hunter's

Hunter's are independent adventurer's who are licensed by Barons and act as mercenaries and contracts in work. 
It is very rare for people from outside of Kaechaek to become hunters, but not impossible. 
Hunter's can accept jobs from centres all around Kaechaek and many individuals who work with a faction such as the Black bloods or Honour blades will also be seen as hunters.
