Rovena Repúblika
Rovena, officially the Rovena Repúblika, is a federal province of Tersten that administrates the geographic region of Suzzara. As such, the term Rovena refers to the federal government, and Suzzara refers to the geographic area that the republic administrates. Rovena shares a border with the provinces of Toibeck and Vallian to its south and southeast; and the federal province of Saralost to its west. Directly to the south is Jacob's Lake, where Rovena shares a land border with Calama at its south-eastern edge, a region largely considered to be mountainous outback. The city of Rovena gives name to the federal province, being its capital city; other major cities are Karyk, Grotes, Suzzara, Horley, and Krasnodar, which is the region's largest city.
The republic is comprised of multiple ethnicities and cultures, typically known collectively as the Rovani. They are considered to be part of the Terstener culture groups. The Rovani mostly speak a mixture of Slavic, European, and Martian languages.

The Jacinto Plains are Suzzara's heartlands. They stretch around the North and West coast of Jacob's Lake and provides fertile ground for the cities of Rovena, Jacinto, and Barton. Mostly flat, this land is excellent for producing vast quantities of grains, which fuels the Barton Breweries and provides wealth to many of the local so-called Booze Barons. At the northern edge of the plains, around the city of Coldbranch, the land roughens out into the Beliéga Hills, a rough and jagged patch of land home to numerous mines and quarries. Further north of the Plains lies the uninhabited and undeveloped taiga of Kheta. Most of the Republic's industrial expansion has taken place in the Jacinto Plains, as such, it is one of the most developed regions on Tersten, ensuring Rovena's strong industrial powerbase.

Crater Bay is the name given to a former impact site in central Suzzara. Occuring around one hundred thousand years ago, the impact created a large crater rim, much of which has since been eroded away to give the region its noticeably circular cliffs and mountains. The sunken interior of the crater has filled with water, becoming known as the Crater Lakes. There are five lakes, each connected via underwater caves and channels, which is a popular tourist attraction. It has one outflowing river, the Implin River, which flows into Jacob's Lake, while the raised land within rises up to create patches of snakelike land and small islands. Crater Bay's largest export has historically been precious metals, mined from the surrounding region. This resulted in the construction of Fort Leviathan in 2240, serving as a defensive garrison for the Pinascimate Penal Authority. This led to the settlement of Hoser, Redknife, and Shore. Roughly twenty years ago, the minerals in the Crater Bay Area began to run out, and the region has since attempted to rebrand as a tourist destination. The historical Fort Leviathan is a premier tourist attraction for many visitors. The modern Leviathan Military Base serves as the headquarters of the Tersten Army in this region, and often hosts joint Tersten, Lordanian, and Sol divisions.

Much of the landscape is hilly, with wine-producing grapes grown along these vast slopes, with large parts of the land turned over to viticulture. The land is bounded in the south by the north-eastern edge of the Ferreas Mountains, which itself are the eastern edges of the Great North Tersten Range. Kheta is the largely uninhabited region of north Suzzara. Few people live here, with only those living outside its harsh environment giving any care to naming or governing such a large stretch of nothingness. Polar deserts run along the coast of the North Tersten Ocean, a product of winds and current streams causing the area to hover around zero degrees at the best of times. Like with many inhospitable locations, the people that do choose to come here often do so in search of material goods. Oil, Metals, and all things precious can be found in abundance in these untouched wilds. A few government backed projects have ventured here, establishing several mining towns along waterways and near open flats. These towns are home to vibrant communities of multi-ethnic and multi-cultural Tersteners, from across the planet. Despite being established as mining communities, both the compassion of the Tersten people and the technologies of the 24th century have allowed this to be a safe and environmentally-friendly operation, or at least as close to neutral as a mining industry can be. Most of these towns are so well isolated that even though they have constant internet connection, they are still a good many hours away from the rest of civilization, and so are often considered largely autonomous from Rovena. The largest of these towns is New Juneau, named intentionally after the capital city of Alaska, Earth.

Major Cities
- Rovena Rovena is the capital of the Repúblika, and is located on the north banks of Jacob's Lake. It is a small city, with just under a million people spread across urban buildup and suburban development. Rovena is an important cultural and economic center on Tersten, being home to many theatres and sports venues. Rovena was founded a few years before the end of the penal system, growing to becoming a large city under the People's Republic. Under the People's Republic, Rovena became home to a part of the Tersten Resistance, under the command of D. A. Kuznetsov. Since then, the city has been active in promoting and showcasing Rovani culture.
- Krasnodar Krasnodar is the largest city in Suzzara, giving its name to the Vinyards around it. It is considered the hub of North Tersten alcohol production. Rovani Wine is produced here, in the fertile alpine regions north of the city. The city was founded in 2241 by Slavic settlers, who had been given a charter by the Pinascimate authority to settle a city in the area. Named after a historic city on Earth, the city has since grown to become the largest in the region.
- Hoser Hoser is the largest city in the Crater Bay area, settled on the south-west shores of the largest of the crater lakes. It was settled by Pinasc settlers who accompanied the soldiers operating from Fort Leviathan. As such, modern Hoser has a close relationship with the nearby military base. It is largely inhabited by Slavic, Anglo-Slavic, and Pinasc peoples.
- Suz Suz is the capital of the Five Rivers region, settled around the Vaan River. It was settled in 2257, and is home to peoples of varying ethnicities, cultures, and religions. Suz, like the Five Rivers region around it, has avoided large-scale industrial projects, being considered by most to be a large town rather than a city.
- New Juneau New Juneau is the de-facto capital of Kheta. It is from here that all industrial transport out of the region is conducted. It is the seat of the small, local government that has established itself to administrate the mostly autonomous towns in the area.
- Dikyanov Dikyanov is an isolated port city on the coast of the Limov Sea. It has extremely limited land connections, which is typically closed throughout the year due to harsh weather.
