Rovena

Rovena is the capital of the Rovena Repúblika, located in North-East Tersten. It is settled along the banks of Jacob's Lake, which is actually a small sea. It is a small city, with just under a million people spread across urban buildup and suburban development. Rovena is an important cultural and economic center on Tersten, being home to many theatres and sports venues. Rovena was founded a few years before the end of the penal system, growing to becoming a large city under the People's Republic. Under the People's Republic, Rovena became home to a part of the Tersten Resistance, under the command of D. A. Kuznetsov. Since then, the city has been active in promoting and showcasing Rovani culture.
