Harmony

Harmony is the largest city in the Sahamptha Frontier, the western edge of the Sahamptha Desert. Located on the coast of the White Ocean, it is connected to the rest of Tersten via boat.
The city was settled by penal colonists in 2240, who split into two groups, with the other founding Bibisango. Together, they make up the largest Dustbowler cities.
