Bibisango

Bibisango, the jewel of the Sahamptha, is a major city in Eastern Tersten. Settled within an isolated valley at the northern edge of the Sahamptha Desert. it is considered the capital of Dustbowler culture. It has been featured in countless books and films as a place of romantic beauty and exotic mystique, something the people of Bibisango consider to be vaguely racist. It remains popular with non-Tersteners, who are more tolerated by the Dustbowler people.
